About

Are you eager to discover new skills you might be really good at? Does meeting new people make you feel alive? Trying to figure out what you’re really passionate about and interested in becoming a more all-round person while doing so? I can relate to that. That’s why I started traveling around the world asking random strangers to teach me whatever. My name’s Kay. Nice to meet you!

Convinced that lifelong learning is key, I walk up to complete strangers and ask them to literally teach me whatever. This way I meet a lot of inspiring people who share their passion, skills and stories with me. After graduating in digital marketing and seeing all my classmates start their life, I wanted to do something different. Something to enrich myself with the skills of complete strangers in order to figure out what I’m passionate about.

During one of my sleepless nights I came up with the idea to link all my offline learnings to an online adventure: teachmewhatever.  That’s why I went (and still am!) on a magical journey in which I experiment with new things to become  a more all-round person. To encounter people I would normally never meet and get to places I could never dream of.  I aim to inspire others to step out of their comfort zone and start doing the same.  By doing so, I am building up a community of life long learners that feel more confident about themselves but also learn to choose a good the right job or city. Thanks to teachmewhatever I’ve never been happier.  So… do you think you can teach me whatever?

Whatever whatever? Yes, w h a t e v e r! How to play dig up gold, become a good copywriter, win at chess, work in a start-up, speak another language, use Photoshop, be a street musician and so on. Every single thing (whether professional or creative) I learn, adds something to my all-round knowledge. Besides that, I also do this because meeting new people makes me feel alive. Can you relate to that?

Hell yeah?!
As one of my teachers: Eternal glory & acknowledgment by  featuring in one of my videos and exposure for your skills/passion/story on all my social media channels. Or ask me whatever in return, maybe I could teach you something too. P.S. except for doing dishes, I hate doing dishes.

As a follower: To learn new things through my videos. To get inspired to do the same. To be part of an online community of lifelong learners.

Thank you for following my adventure and welcome to my ‘class’. 😀

P.S. Do you think you could help me make this website look cooler? Want to teach me how to write strong content in English? Do you feel that you could help me with video editing? Or whatever? Great, I am always open to new suggestions as this whole project is a learning process to get better at lots of skills.
